Visitors to the London Psychology School website:

When someone visits any of our websites we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns.

We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way that does not identify anyone.

We use Zoom to provide online chat and customer services. This service is run by Zoom Video Communications, Inc. and covered under their privacy policy.

 

The contents of this web site are only for general information for students use. They do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making (or refraining from making) any decision. 

We use reasonable care to make sure that the information appearing on our web site is accurate and up to date. However, errors and omissions do occur and you should not take the accuracy of the information for granted.

We do not take any responsibility for any contents made or presented under our name by anyone or any other media/platforms other than the school’s website, YouTube and Telegram.

London Psychology School stores emails on our servers so we can refer back to them to help resolve your enquiry. We will ensure any personal data is kept to a minimum. 

Complaints about the School

Any complaints submitted about the school will be kept for a maximum of 6 years after they are resolved, dependent on the nature of the complaint.

Enrolment

 

We will ask you to send us a short video about yourself including your full name, occupation and education, which city/country you live in, how did you find us and who introduced you. This video will be deleted after enrolment. Successful applications will be contacted at the appropriate stage of the enrolment process and you will be asked to sign a consent form (accepting our regulations to respect the class and other students) including your e-mail address and telephone number.

Recordings

  • We will record the speakers/teachers in class and will request permission (by signing a consent form) from anyone presented in the film before putting them online or using them for educational purposes, otherwise, the films will be deleted in maximum of one week after the recording.

We would like to make ensure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
